These terms govern every order placed on christmasposter.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. The seller
christmasposter.com is operated by the company identified in our Legal notice, trading as Christmas Poster. Contact: [email protected].
2. Products
We sell art-print posters printed to order on matte paper in sizes A4, A3, A2 and A1, with optional frames, personalised posters made in the Custom Studio, and digital gift cards. Product photos are illustrative; colours may vary slightly between screen and print.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax where it is collected at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Promotional prices and the seasonal sale apply for the period displayed on the site; crossed-out prices are the regular prices charged outside promotional periods. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will inform you if we do.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna where available). We never store your full card details.
5. Packs and discounts
Pack offers (for example "buy 2, get 1 free") apply to eligible posters in the same order as described on the product and bundle pages. Discount codes cannot be combined with pack offers unless stated otherwise.
6. Delivery
Delivery is described in our Shipping policy: dispatch within 1-2 business days, tracked delivery in 3-5 business days, from $6.90 and free over $70. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Our Refund policy applies: 14-day returns, free reprint and reship for posters damaged in transit, and no returns on personalised posters except for defects.
8. Personalised posters
You are responsible for the text and images you submit to the Custom Studio. You confirm that you own or have permission to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful content. We may refuse an order that does not meet these conditions.
9. Gift cards
Digital gift cards are delivered by email, redeemable on any product on christmasposter.com and cannot be exchanged for cash. The validity period is shown on the gift card page and in the gift card email.
10. Intellectual property
All designs, texts and images on this site are owned by or licensed to Christmas Poster and are protected by copyright. Buying a poster does not transfer any rights to the artwork. Our designs are original or inspired by public-domain vintage art; Christmas Poster is not affiliated with any film, character or brand.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country of establishment stated in the Legal notice, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on the date of your order.
