Check your spam and promotions folders first. If there's still nothing 30 minutes after ordering, it's usually a small typo in the email address, send us your name and order date and we'll correct it.

You can add a black or chrome aluminium frame on the product page and in the pack builder, and it arrives assembled with hanging hardware. Or order the print alone to use your own frame; oak is coming soon.
